A series of 3 events that will expand and enhance how you enjoy wine. We will go in-depth on styles, trends and necessary knowledge and skills so that you can experience each bottle to its fullest. The events can be held over 3 consecutive days, weeks, or months.

Once you book your Enjoy Wine 3 Week Masterclass you can host it in your own office, house, or any venue of your choice. The cost caters for up to 12 people.  Additional places can be added for $250 per head.

Night one is Red wines, fortified, cellaring and gadgets.

Night two is White and Rose, wine regions and winemaking.

Night three is Sparkling wine, natural/low intervention wine, food and wine matching.

This masterclass takes you through all the basics to enjoy wine

• You’ll learn how to fully enjoy wine every time you open a bottle.
• Talk about what makes wine so tasty and fascinating (or not).
• Be able to talk about it with confidence at any dinner table, cellar door or social occasion.
• How wine is made.
• Using wine gadgets.
• Discover why you need a cellar. How to cellar wine and which wines to cellar.
• Ordering wine from a wine list.
• The major wine-growing regions and wine styles of the world.
• Learn the ins and outs of food and wine matching.
• Share some entertaining wine stories.

Each night will include

• A tastings of at least 6 quality wines.
• Faulty wine and other samples to sniff for educational purposes.
• Wine Notes.
• Beautiful Glassware (if required).
• Expert tuition.

NOTE No prior knowledge is required to attend this masterclass. But it does build on the knowledge gained from the How to Taste Wine Masterclass.
