All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Australian law any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


All orders must be paid in full before they will be dispatched. By placing an order you confirm that: all the details that you have provided are correct you are 18 years of age or older. the payment details you provide are yours to give. The Wine Depository can contact you in the future regarding this specific order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to stock being available. Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice. Images are used as a guide only and do not necessarily depict the exact wine you are ordering. Please read the descriptions. If a wine is sold ‘pre-arrival’ we will do our best to give an accurate time of arrival. This will be subject to change due to production times, shipping and other such issues out of our control. Delivery Deliveries will be done as fast as possible. If you have specific time frames we will endeavour to accommodate you if possible with the freight company used. Each consignment sent via fast way contains $1500 insurance. If you require additional cover please request it. Consignments sent via Australian Post and other carriers will carry an additional cost for insurance. Please ask for a quote. If you suffer a breakage in a delivery please tell The Wine Depository immediately via email or phone so we can lodge a claim with the carrier. Breakages reported after 24 hours may not be replaced. While we will do our best we cannot guarantee that all the information provided is correct. This website contains links to third party sites. Faulty wines

We will happily replace any faulty wines provided adequate proof is given (generally ½ bottle of the wine being returned). Please report the fault to The Wine Depository within 24 hours so we can organise the appropriate steps.


To attend a The Wine Depository event you must be 18 years of age or older. All tickets must be paid for in advance. If you cancel your place for whatever reason a full refund will be given with more than two week notice. Less notice may result in only a partial refund or store credit. No refunds or credit will be given after

The Wine Depository operates under No Beard No Good Pty Ltd T/A The Wine Depository ABN 22 494 775 798. The Wine Depository is what will appear on your bank statement and on the back of your discreet packaging. GST – All products are inclusive of GST.

Payment Options

We accept credit and debit cards via Westpac PayWay and direct deposit. Your credit card statement will show The Wine Depository. If paying by credit card a ccv number is required to ensure that you have the physical card in your possession. If you want to pay by direct deposit please select the option when checking out of your shopping cart and you will receive an emailed tax invoice with our bank details on them. If you do not wish to pay by credit card online you can contact us on 0418 23 04 82 or email us here and we can take your order over the phone, just advise us in the email of your name, best phone number and time range to call you on the next working day and we will endeavour to call you when it is convenient.

Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into with direct deposit will cease with immediate effect after 3 working days unless all outstanding monies are received in full.  Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of funds into the following bank account

Funds must be paid as soon as your order is placed. When transferring funds your order number is the reference number. If payment is not received within 3 working days your order will be cancelled. An email will be sent with our bank details once you make your order and select the direct payment option.


All transactions are processed in AUD

Cancellation Policy

We require notification of cancellation before 24 hours has passed from time of order. Notification for instance, via our contact us page or order will be non cancellable. We reserve the right to levy a $15 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.  International payments we accept credit card and visa/MasterCard debit cards only.


If orders have already been sent (within 24 hours) then no substitution will be available. If we receive contact via our contact us page or a call to 0418 23 04 82 within 24 hours from ordering then we can amend or substitute your order.


Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a strict security standard that Visa and MasterCard have implemented to ensure personal information is properly protected.  The Wine Depository holds a SSL Certificate, this essentially ensures private communication by encrypting the data being sent with 128 bit encryption, essentially creating an envelope for privacy and protecting your valuable information. You should not purchase items on a site with no SSL certificate as you may not be protected.

Your credit card details are not held by The Wine Depository and the last 4 digits are crossed out so we cannot see your information, there is no record of them on our system. This should give you peace of mind that we have done our best to ensure that we have secure providers and systems in place to protect your valuable information.
