In 2016 TWD will be hosting a range of wine education events.

This event takes you back to the start and focusses solely on how to taste wine for enjoyment purposes.

You’ll learn how to get the most out of each glass of wine by:

Discerning flavour and describing wines.

Understanding common wine terms. 

Tasting examples of wine’s structure: Tannin, acid, sugar, alcohol. 

And getting to know common wine faults (now less common, thanks to screwcaps).

Each night will include a small meal, because wine always tastes better with the right food. And a tastings of at least 6 wines with other DNPIM* samples to sniff.

Date in 2016 and venues will be confirmed in early 2016. Buying this voucher entitles you to one place at any available date so long as you prebook and there is sufficient room. It also insures you will not pay any more should the price rise.
