Typical of the wines of Bouzy, Paul Bara Brut Reserve is largely Pinot Noir (80%) with the balance being Chardonnay. Despite the blend, Bara manages to make a wine of elegance. It is bright, fine and tight with complexity beyond what you would normally expect for a Non-Vintage blend.
