Mystery Sips @ Spencer & Co is an event that lets you taste some new and exciting drinks. Sit down, have some food and a chat while you discover 3 of the best drinks you’ve probably never had.

Drinks

There won’t be a theme necessarily, except for the fact Carmel and I guarantee that they will be lovely.

You can buy on the day and save money off the retail price. And you can give your feedback. The best of the drinks will make it on to the Spencer & Co menu.

Food

Chef Donald will flex his creative muscles. The food he prepares will complement the drinks we will be serving. And again, you get the chance to give feedback and see if he is on to something.

Cost

For three decent pours of wine (mainly, but occasionally we’ll show off a beer, spirit or cocktail), plus some snacks to match, you will pay only $20 per person. You will need to book in advance as we are only catering for 30 people.

Venue

Spencer & Co is a wine bar run by a mother and daughter team. They are all about the personal touch and if you are lucky Carmel will join you for a chat. Spencer & Co has a great range of wine and a killer cheese line up. Chef Donald runs a great kitchen and you can parley a snack into dinner without much effort.

What To Expect

By joining us at Mystery Sips @ Spencer & Co , you will be given 3 glasses of alcohol and some tastes of food to match. You can take part anytime during the 3-5 pm time but for best effect, arrive early so you can join in the conversation.

Relaxed and fun. There will be notes but no formal lecture. Just a chat about great booze and whatever else comes up.

The food supplied will not replace a meal, but it will be a good-sized mid-afternoon snack.

There may enough booze to put you over the limit for driving if you consume it all.
