Sparkling Wine and Cheese Pairing (six bottles)

Description

To celebrate Valentines Day I teamed up with Richmond Hill Cafe and Larder to offer the ultimate Sparkling Wine and Cheese pairing event. Maybe you can’t make it but you too can benefit from our hard work. In this pack you will get bottle of each of the six wines we spent a Thursday afternoon matching. I selected a wide range of Sparkling wines from some of the great regions of the world to start with. Then we opened a bottle of each and tried cheese until we got the perfect accompaniment.

This will give you half of the raw materials to make memorable cheese and wine experiences. But you can order the cheeses too.

Sparkling Wine And Cheese.

Each of the wines will be individually matched to a cheese. The matches were finalised when I visited RHCL. We do the pairings in the cheese room with the wines we’ll taste at the event. It is very thorough and truly one of the best facets of my job.

La Tur – Cow, goat & sheep’s milk from Piedmonte, Italy.

Achille Princier Grande Tradition Champagne NV
Langres – Washed with Champagne. Creamy, fudgy and faintly acidic.
