A traditionally produced Amara. Amara is a style of digestive. Made without additives, tt is based on the peel of blood oranges infused with mediterranean herbs and sugar. Rossa Sicily Amara is golden in colour and offers a divine nose. Fragrant, intense and complex. In the mouth it is both sweet and bitter.

This Amara weighs in at 30% so you can drink it neat or on ice or mix it with some soda or tonic. Blend it with Prosecco or use it in a cocktail that needs a bit of kick. This would make a wicked Amartini.
