Description
Muré wines are fine and rich with beautifully mineral acidities. This is achieved in the vineyard where Alsace’s naturally long ripening season is enhanced by Muré’s exceptional south-facing slopes.
TWD did a special offer on Pinot Gris, but I loved their Pinot Blanc as much as the Gris. Both are a mutation of Pinot Noir. In comparison to Gris, Pinot Blanc has a less overt and less defined fruit profile and more viscous texture. This wine shows nice grape, peaches and stone fruits, a mid weight palate, really lovely creamy mouthfeel and impressive length.
