It is its usual rich and full self, but there is an extra depth of intensity that I am really digging… Showing ripe peach and stone fruits, there is a vanilla and hazelnut character evident too. The palate is medium to full-bodied and coats every part of your mouth. This is a wine to enjoy now and over the next few years.

Palliser Estate is one of the original vineyards in Martinborough. They took a gamble and started planting grapes in 1984. They are now considered one of the top wineries in the whole country. Their top-level wines are well worth your attention.
