A producer of lovely Chablis that is always great drinking. Great Chablis is hard to come by because things like oak and overt fruit are not available to cover what is missing in the wine. So when you find a producer like Brocard, it’s always a treasure.

This wine is lean, elegant and fine with a lot of finesse and nuance. Stone fruits, peaches and a hint mineral. On the palate dough/lees/nut characters combine with the mineral components and fine acid and phenolic structure to make a classic Petit Chablis.
