The Greenstone story is fascinating to hear but the wines are just delicious! The Greenstone project brings together wine experts from three countries. They have been willing to experiment in the search of quality. The Heathcote ‘greenstone’, a form of copper-infused basalt, is an integral part of the soil and gives the vineyard its name. The resulting wines are not the typical blockbuster-style of Heathcote.
