Can you Enjoy wine and be healthy? Of course you can!  Better still it is easy, cheap and simple.

To prove this to you, I have teamed up with Nikki at Cinch PT and Ned at Mr Macleod. During the event I’ll talk about wine, Nikki will talk about wine and health. And otherwise, we’ll just chat. It is not super formal and is more about enjoying wine and food than being lectured.

Wine

We’ll enjoy three Christmas friendly wines. They will be of a quality that you can sit down and savour. At this stage, we’ll enjoy one white, one red, and one rose. But, that may change if I find something better.

Food

Ned is putting together a guilt-free grazing table so we can eat while we drink and be merry.

Cost

For a taste of three wines, a generous grazing table, and the talk from Nikki, it will cost $20 pp. You will need to book in advance as we are only catering for 30 people.

Mr Macleod

An organic cafe on Aberdeen Road, Macleod. It is the place I go to when I want a great latte. Ned has always been welcoming and I have always walked away happy with my investments be it coffee or food.

What To Expect

By joining us at this tasting, you will be given 3 tastes of wine and food to match. It will run from 7.30-8.30pm(ish), it would be best to be there for a 7.30 pm start.

Relaxed and fun. There will be notes, a chat about the wines from Phil, a chat about wine and health from Nikki, and plenty of time to ask questions.

The food supplied will not replace a meal, but it will be a good-sized snack.

There may enough wine to put you over the limit for driving if you consume it all.
