The Portet family have a strong history in winemaking. Dominique made his fame at Taltarni before setting up his own Yarra Valley based winery. Everything the family produces is great, but their Sauvignon and Rosé wines are certainly a cut above most in Australia.

This is one of Australia’s best Sauvs. Textural, layered and complex. This wine incorporates some oak ferments and frozen grapes to add extra texture and layers. It is stunning to drink now, but in a few years will be even better. Leave until 2017 -2022
