Description

Dal Zotto is the work of Otto Dal Zotto and now his family. He was born in Valdobbiadene the very heart of Prosecco in Italy. Therefore the Dal Zotto family have worked hard to put Prosecco and the Italian varieties on the Australian wine drinking map. Their base is the cool climate, high altitude King Valley in North East Victoria.

King Valley

A picturesque region near Victoria’s snowfields that offers cooler climate wines. A strong Italian heritage in the area means there are a lot of Italian varieties grown.

Arneis

The most complex of the whites used in Piedmont. It makes mid-weight wines tasting of sour apple, grapefruit and white flowers.
