Love you love me Semillon is a reworking of a classic Australian style. It still has all of the lovely lemon blossom, sherbet and tangy acid. But is also shows some texture and layered characters which come as a result of barrel fermentation and lees stirring. Long finishing, delicate and elegant, Love You Love Me Semillon is your wine for burrata or anchovies. Drink over the next 10 years.

Small batch, single origin and low intervention is the modus operandi Charlotte Dalton. Charlotte puts her heart and soul into each wine and it is evident when you taste the wines. The bulk of Charlotte’s work is in the Adelaide Hills.

Adelaide Hills

This is a big and varied region that basically stretches from the top of the McLaren Vale all the way to the bottom of the Barossa. This means there is a big scope for climatic conditions. In the central part where its altitude is quite high you can get some of the best sites in the world for Sparkling wine. In the slightly warmer parts of the centre, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reign supreme with Riesling, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc worthy of honourable mentions.

Semillon

A somewhat shy variety that is most famous for balancing Sauvignon Blanc’s overt tendencies in table wines and Sauternes styles. It found a home in the Hunter where the early picked wines can live for 50 years.
