Description
Tyrrell’s is one of the great wineries in Australia. They have been celebrating single vineyards in their Hunter Valley home long before it was the rage in Australia. Steven’s vineyard has vines dating back to 1911.
2007 was an early vintage that lead to classically lean and tight Semillon that will age for 15 or more years (especially under screw cap). Having said that, it is quite a pleasant drink now.
