At 3 years old, the Twofold Riesling should be looking muted. Riesling famously has a nap 2-8 years from vintage. But here we have a delicious wine. Banana, meaty, stoney mineral, chalk, white flowers. The key to the quality of the Twofold Riesling is that it comes off 60-year-old Riesling vines. Early picking means the alcohol is only 11.5%! The wine was left on fine lees in tank for an extended period of time.
