There is a lot going on here. Carbonic crispness, floral, undergrowth, truffles, red fruits, spice, meaty. The palate is night and fresh with a brilliant perfume. Drink it soon and don’t be afraid to chill it on a hot day. I’d pair this with a Queen Vic burek.

Two ex music industry types started making small batch wines from some of the most distinguished sites in Victoria. The quality of the wines proves their calling was definitely in the vineyard and winery. Their range is ever expanding and lots of experimentation makes for some seriously fun drinking.
