There is a lot going on here. Carbonic crispness, floral, undergrowth, truffles, red fruits, spice, meaty. The palate is night and fresh with a brilliant perfume. Drink it soon and don’t be afraid to chill it on a hot day. I’d pair this with a Queen Vic burek.
