From the first sniff you can tell this is a stunning wine. Floral, tropical, hints of chalk. There is no time required to open up. There is mouth filling, ripe, tropical fruit, stony mineral characters and lingering flavours. The openness and charm of this wine makes it a winner and well worth investing in multiple bottles for consumption over the warmer months. Match with smoked salmon. This wine is amazing now but history proves it will evolve for many more years to come.

Their top wines: St Peter’s Shiraz, Show Sparkling Shiraz, Drumborg Riesling and more are often considered the best in their style for the whole country.
