Seedlip Gin offers 3 unique Gin style drinks that are distilled and also completely non-alcoholic. In fact Seedlip Gins are non-alcoholic, sugar & sweetener free with no artificial flavours.
The first release was the Seedlip Gin aromatic spice 94 in 2015. Then came herbal Garden 108 and finally citrus Grove 42.
I’ve had a sip of the citrus blend neat and it smelt exactly like a citrus based gin. The flavour on the palate is there but obviously there is a complete lack of alcohol so it is like water. I’m keen to try a Gin and Tonic with Seedlip Gin and other are plenty of cocktails on their website that sound tasty.
A blend of allspice berries, cardamom with two bark distillates. It tastes spicy with lemon and grapefruit and a bitter finish.
Orange, mandarin, blood orange with stalky/grassy characters. Subtle ginger, lemongrass and peppercorn.
Pea and hay, spearmeint, rosemary, thyme.
