Probably  the best and most consistent of the Growers that is readily available in Australia. The Premier Cru Tradition is a blend 80% Chard and 20% Pinot Noir   and offers lovely rounded characters, great balance and as complex as any   Champagne you are likely to taste. Indeed it is a complex wine that could be   served during a meal warmer than normal and even slightly flat. The Vertus is a Blanc de Blancs made with no dosage (no sugar addition or sweetening at the final stage of production). Which accentuates the crisp acidity, minerality and cleansing nature of a Blanc de Blanc. Best as an aperitif or even better with some bottle age.
