Description
Garage Project Cereal Milk Stout is creamy, rich, roasted, milk stout. Brewed with corn flakes, oats, chocolate wheat and a generous dose of milk sugar, Cereal Milk Stout is rich, smooth and redolent of the sweet remnants of the breakfast bowl. Garage Project Cereal Milk Stout is pretty easy going and not too intense.
Garage Project is a small brewery located in an old petrol station in Wellington New Zealand. It’s an unlikely place for a brewery but given it is wine country, there is probably plenty of demand for complex and interesting beers. And that is what Garage Project does. They have a core range of great beer, plus a whole swag of special batch stuff.
Stout
Stouts were actually a style that was descriptive. You had Stout Porters which had more weight, and often alcohol. Porter being the main style of beer before pale malts allowed for pale beer. Stouts are often quite bitter, with lots of roasted and dark malts to give them the distinctive colour, weight and flavours.
