From the cool climate region of Orange, this 35 hectare vineyard is situated on the slopes of the extinct volcano Mount Canobolas. The high altitude allows the grape to retain acidity and the resulting wines are fresh, clean and racy.
The high altitude elegance really shows through on this wine. Fresh and vibrant this is an excellent example of the leaner style of Chardonnay from Australia.
