Peaches, melons and a bubblegum lift. Hints of oak and cashews help to flesh this wine out. Great cleansing palate. A great with for casual drinking but could handle some mild soft cheese or steamed fish. No aging required.
King Valley – A picturesque region near Victoria’s snow fields that offers cooler climate wines. A strong Italian heritage in the area means there are a lot of Italian varieties grown.
Arneis – The most complex of the whites used in Piedmont. It makes mid-weight wines tasting of sour apple, grapefruit and white flowers.
