Description

Lightly sparkling white wine made from the grape Hondarrabi Zuri. Pale white with a touch of green. With a fine and sophisticated fragrance, reminiscent of green apples and grapes, with a minty note. To taste it is dry in the beginning, harmonious in the mouth, it has a wide and aromatic end, resulting and cheerful because of its bubbles. Excellent with Oysters, Sushi or Tempura fish.

Centuries ago, a sailor from Getaria was the first to circumnavigate the world, demonstrating the sphericity of the Earth. Juan Sebastián Elcano was honored to be the first to show the world that even being the son of a small town (a town that has around 2,500 habitants) human quality has no limits.

Txakoli – pronounced: chak -o -lee. Slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol content produced in the Spanish provinces of the Basque Country, Cantabria and northern Burgos.
It is normally drunk young and fresh, served into tall glasses poured from a height as an aperitif.
