The quality of Domaine Albert Mann’s wines are always incredibly consistent. The estate’s conversion to biodynamic viticulture has seen the wines improve over the last few years too. Brothers Jacky and Maurice Barthelme consistently produce wines of richness, concentration and intensity, while never losing sight of terroir.
An assemblage of old vines this is a highly fragrant wine with a generosity and charm that speaks of Alsace. the 2011 has only 7 grams of residual sugar due to the extra fruit concentration. Very complex already and will reward another 5-15 years in the cellar.
