After my trip to France earlier in the year, I’ve been missing drinking insanely good French wine. So I’ve decided to host a French wine dinner.
I will feature wines from classic regions such as Champagne, Beaujolais, Macon, Burgundy and Bordeaux but I will also feature one not so classic, but oh-so-engaging Corsican wine. Which is French, ish.
There will only be a small group of 24 people including myself and importer Rob Vosjan. You may remember Rob from an awesome Champagne tasting in Thornbury, but his wines are always the business. We will share stories of French wines, travelling through the regions and ultimately, we’ll enjoy great food and great wine together.
