There are two things in life you should not go cheap on: A haircut and Champagne.
So lets drink some great Champagne. And while we are at it, lets drink those wines from around the world that keep Champagne producers constantly trying to improve what they do.
We have 12 wines with some food and knowledgeable guest pourers. They are self-guided and very relaxed, no formal presentations but a good chance to talk to people who know their product.
The end of this month is Champagne and Champagne quality sparkling wine from around the world. There will be at least four Grower Champagnes (the guys making small batch wines with love, care and attention), three great Italian sparklings think Franciacorta not Prosecco, two Loire Valley Sparklings made by the Bollinger family and at least one Australian.
All of the wines are available for pre purchase on the day.
