May is Australian Wine Month. Let’s celebrate by drinking as much as we can (responsibly of course!). And if we are going to be drinking Australian wine, we may as well drink the best.
This time last year we met at one of my fav venues, Merricote, to drink some of the great wines of Australia. We are doing it again this year too. Last year’s dinner was a smash hit, chock full of great wines that showed the diversity and quality that Australia can and does produce.
