What is better than drinking great Burgundy? Drinking great Burgundy that has been perfectly stored since its arrival to Australia. Some of these bottles have barely been moved in fact.

Brooks of Melbourne have agreed to host the intimate event that will only have room for myself and nine guests. If we are going to drink wines from my cellar then we all deserve a decent serving of each wine.

The dinner will comprise of (dishes will be finalised closer to the date).
